Rugby Sponsorship
Our partnership aims to provide Penallta RFC's youth teams with crucial support for their development programmes. We expect key areas of impact to include enhanced training equipment, support for youth rugby initiatives, and community outreach programmes.
This collaboration is built on the foundation of shared values between us at Altrad Generation and Penallta RFC, including respect, solidarity, courage, humility, and community spirit. These values are at the heart of both our organisations and form the basis of a partnership that goes beyond mere sponsorship.
The decision to sponsor Penallta RFC came through a personal connection. Luke, a director at one of our major contractor customers, is heavily involved with the club, coaching the under-13s team where his son plays. His daughter is also part of the under-9s team. Luke approached us about sponsoring the under-13s, and we decided to extend our support to both the under-9s and under-13s teams.
